CDN4 LLC, doing business as CelebrateBanner ("we," "us," "our"), operates celebratebanner.com, app.celebratebanner.com, and related subdomains (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
The short version: We collect what we need to make and ship your banner, run the Service, and support you — your email, billing details, the photos you upload, and basic usage data. We do not sell your personal information. We use a small set of vetted vendors (including Stripe, Cloudinary, our print fulfillment partners, and SendGrid — full list in Section 3) to run the Service. You can request your data or its deletion any time at info@celebratebanner.com.
This summary is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency, the full policy below governs.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Order & contact information: name, email address, shipping address, phone (if provided).
- Billing information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive a transaction ID, the last four digits of your card, and the card brand. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Photos & banner content: the images you upload, the text you type onto your banner (names, dates, messages), your theme and layout choices.
- Support communications: the content of any email, form, or chat you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, builder steps completed, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and local storage: we use first-party local storage to save your in-progress banner so you don't lose work. See the Cookies section below.
Information embedded in your photos
Photos may contain EXIF metadata, including the time the photo was taken and, in some cases, GPS coordinates. We strip EXIF data from your uploaded photos before they are rendered onto a banner or stored long-term, so this information is not embedded in the file we deliver to you or our print partner.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, render, and deliver your banner (digital download or printed shipment).
- To process payments and prevent fraud (with Stripe).
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support replies.
- To improve the Service: analyze which themes are popular, fix bugs, optimize the builder.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests from authorities).
We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models. We do not use them in marketing without your express written consent.
Marketing email
We send marketing emails only to customers who explicitly opt in — at checkout, through our newsletter form, or by another clear affirmative action. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing info@celebratebanner.com. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies) are sent regardless of marketing-email status because they are necessary to fulfill your order.
3. Who We Share Information With
We use the following sub-processors to run the Service. Each is bound by a written contract or its standard terms of service requiring confidentiality and security of your data.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing | Name, email, billing address, card data (collected directly by Stripe) |
| Cloudinary Ltd. | Photo storage and image processing | Uploaded photos, banner renders |
| Printmoz LLC | Print fulfillment and shipping (vinyl banners) | Shipping address, recipient name, the final banner file. Ships under a CelebrateBanner return address (blind dropship). |
| B2Sign Inc. | Print fulfillment and shipping (banner stands, trade show displays, specialty signage) | Shipping address, recipient name, the final banner file. Ships under a CelebrateBanner return address (blind dropship). |
| SendGrid (Twilio) | Transactional email | Email address, order details |
| Vercel Inc. | Frontend hosting and edge delivery | IP address, request logs |
| GitHub, Inc. | Source code repository | No customer data; build artifacts only |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | CDN, DDoS protection, security | IP address, request logs |
| Railway Corp. | Backend hosting | Order data, request logs |
| Amazon Web Services | File storage (final renders) | Banner files |
We work with more than one print fulfillment partner so that we can produce different product categories reliably (Printmoz handles vinyl banners; B2Sign handles banner stands, trade show displays, and specialty signage). When you place an order, only the partner responsible for that product receives your shipping information and the final banner file — your data is never shared with both for a single order.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CelebrateBanner, our customers, or others.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act.
4. Data Retention
- Uploaded photos & banner drafts: retained for 90 days after your last edit, then automatically deleted. If you place an order, the final render is retained for 12 months for reprint and customer-service purposes.
- Order records: retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements (Florida and IRS).
- Account & marketing email: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Server logs: retained for 30 days.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use the following technologies:
- Strictly necessary: local storage on app.celebratebanner.com to save your in-progress banner; session cookies for checkout.
- Analytics: we use privacy-respecting first-party analytics to understand how the Service is used (pages viewed, builder funnel completion, error rates). We do not use third-party tracking pixels that follow you across other websites, and we do not use advertising cookies.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time. Doing so will discard any in-progress banner you haven't saved.
6. Your Privacy Rights
For all customers
You may request the following at any time by emailing info@celebratebanner.com:
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements).

We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (typically by confirming you can receive email at the address associated with your order).
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share), and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email info@celebratebanner.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

EU / UK / Swiss residents
The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for customers in the United States. We do not actively market to or solicit orders from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you nonetheless place an order from one of those regions and we accept it, we will process your data under the contract performance basis (to deliver your banner) and our legitimate interest (to run the Service), and information will be transferred to the United States.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase on your behalf.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Encrypted storage at rest with our cloud providers.
- Access controls limiting who on our team can view personal data.
- Stripe handles all card data; we never see or store full card numbers.
No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities in accordance with applicable law.
9. International Users
CelebrateBanner is operated from the United States. The Service is intended for customers in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and its processing under US law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email (if we have your address) or by a notice on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
