How we handle your data

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026

CDN4 LLC, doing business as CelebrateBanner ("we," "us," "our"), operates celebratebanner.com, app.celebratebanner.com, and related subdomains (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

The short version: We collect what we need to make and ship your banner, run the Service, and support you — your email, billing details, the photos you upload, and basic usage data. We do not sell your personal information. We use a small set of vetted vendors (including Stripe, Cloudinary, our print fulfillment partners, and SendGrid — full list in Section 3) to run the Service. You can request your data or its deletion any time at info@celebratebanner.com.

This summary is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency, the full policy below governs.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

Information embedded in your photos

Photos may contain EXIF metadata, including the time the photo was taken and, in some cases, GPS coordinates. We strip EXIF data from your uploaded photos before they are rendered onto a banner or stored long-term, so this information is not embedded in the file we deliver to you or our print partner.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models. We do not use them in marketing without your express written consent.

Marketing email

We send marketing emails only to customers who explicitly opt in — at checkout, through our newsletter form, or by another clear affirmative action. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing info@celebratebanner.com. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies) are sent regardless of marketing-email status because they are necessary to fulfill your order.

3. Who We Share Information With

We use the following sub-processors to run the Service. Each is bound by a written contract or its standard terms of service requiring confidentiality and security of your data.

Sub-processorPurposeData shared
Stripe, Inc.Payment processingName, email, billing address, card data (collected directly by Stripe)
Cloudinary Ltd.Photo storage and image processingUploaded photos, banner renders

We work with more than one print fulfillment partner so that we can produce different product categories reliably (Printmoz handles vinyl banners; B2Sign handles banner stands, trade show displays, and specialty signage). When you place an order, only the partner responsible for that product receives your shipping information and the final banner file — your data is never shared with both for a single order.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CelebrateBanner, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act.
